At Fluid-X, we strive to ensure that all heavy machinery parts and industrial products meet the exact technical specifications required for your equipment. We understand that precision is critical in your operations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be verified as the correct part number initially ordered, or conversely, proven to be a fulfillment error on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or tested.

  • Used lubricants, oils, or greases once the seal has been broken.

  • Special-order items procured specifically for a client's unique technical requirement.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product caused by Fluid-X.

6. Restocking Fee

To maintain our inventory standards and technical verification processes, returned items that are not due to a fulfillment error by Fluid-X or a manufacturing defect may be subject to a restocking fee.

Applicability: A restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be applied to eligible returns.

Conditions for Fee: This fee applies to items returned in original, unopened packaging that are deemed resellable upon inspection.

Exemptions: No restocking fee will be charged for returns resulting from shipping errors, incorrect item descriptions, or verified product defects.
